| Prepayment |
1. Reservations will be confirmed upon payment with pix, bank transfer, bank slip or credit card, 50% of the total daily rate. The remaining amount of the daily rate must be paid at the time of check-in.
2. Proof of payment must be sent to WhatsApp (85) 99840-2675, or to the email pousadamparaiso@hotmail.com. Only after confirmation with the bank, the reservation will be confirmed by sending the voucher to the email informed in the reservation.
3. Payment can also be made by credit card. We accept payment in installments only from 2 nights, which can be paid in up to 3 times without additional fees. |
| Cancellations |
1. If you cancel or change up to 1 day before arrival, a 50% percentage of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. 2. If cancellation of the reservation is requested within seven (07) days of check-in, the advance amount will be refunded or kept as a credit for a subsequent reservation within one year.
3. NO SHOW - No show withdrawal: No show without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The place will remain available until noon of the following day at 12:00 noon, if there has been full payment of the daily rate. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. There will be no refund of the amount paid under any circumstances, including due to acts of God or force majeure.

All children are welcome, however, they will stay in hammocks brought by the customer, if they are not included in the number of people provided for the room. |
